VIP Wedding – Destination Wedding Planning in Portugal

Founded in 2013, VIP Wedding is a Portugal-based wedding planning and coordination company specialising in creating beautiful, meaningful and seamlessly organised destination weddings for couples from around the world.

We understand that planning a wedding in another country is an exciting journey, but it can also feel overwhelming. Our role is to make the experience effortless, personal and enjoyable — guiding couples through every stage of the process while taking care of the details behind the scenes.

From intimate celebrations to multi-day destination weddings, we offer a personalised approach tailored to each couple’s vision, priorities and style. Our services include full wedding planning, partial planning and wedding-day coordination, with support throughout Portugal, including Lisbon, Porto and beyond.

With over a decade of experience and hundreds of weddings brought to life, we have built strong relationships with trusted local venues and wedding professionals. We believe that great planning is about more than organisation: it is about understanding people, anticipating needs and bringing all the elements together to create a celebration that feels truly their own.

Whether you are dreaming of a romantic countryside wedding, an elegant celebration in a historic palace or a relaxed event by the ocean, VIP Wedding combines local knowledge, attention to detail and a personal approach to make your destination wedding in Portugal a memorable experience.

Your vision, our local expertise — beautifully brought together in Portugal.
